Ten-Ten-Two-Four Hundred

I'm trying to create a series of easy meals that follow what I call the "10-10-2-400 Principle": at least 10 grams of Protein, at least 10 grams of Fiber, two servings of fruits and vegetables and a rough maximum of 400 calories per meal.

Crickets Anyone?

The U.N. wants us to start eating bugs.  They're cheap to raise, easy on the atmosphere, and rich in protein and calcium.  The one drawback: they're chockfull of cholesterol:
